How To Return Your Items

returns imageWe want you to be perfectly happy with the items you receive. Hopefully, we have explained the goods accurately and provided you with all the information you need to make an informed choice before buying. However, we do understand that you may sometimes change your mind after purchasing, or find that the item isn't the right size once delivered. Rarely, an item may have been received that is damaged by the courier, or arrived and simply fails to work. That's why we try to make our returns and replacement process as simple and straight forward as possible.

Here's how to return your items.

Get A Returns Authorisation Number! (RMA)

We require all returns to be pre-approved. This is to ensure that both ourselves and you know where your returned items are at any given time, and we can action your return in a timely manner.

It's easy to do this. We have a pre-made returns form that will do all the work for you. You simply have to select the items from your order that you wish to return, give us a reason, and submit it to us. Providing everything is ok, and the return is within our allowed timeframe, we will authorise this, and provide a return address for you to send the goods back to us.

There are 2 different places to find the form, depending on whether you checked out of our website as a guest or if you have an account.


If you checked out as a guest, the click this link (opens in a new window). Then follow the instructions here if you need to. You will need to enter your order id (found on your order confirmation email) and the email address you entered with your order.



rma2If you registered an account with us when checking out (recommended as you gain loyalty points etc) then you can generate a return from within your account page.

Just on the left menu, you will see an option that says RMA.

Just click on this link to bring up the returns








Select your order from the drop-down list, and then select the item/items you wish to return. Then click on submit




We will try and respond to RMA requests within 24hrs. You will receive a notification from us when your RMA has been approved. You can then return to either your account page, or the Guest RMA page and log in again to review your return, print off your return label, and proceed with your return


Cancelling Your Return or Checking It's Progress

You can cancel your return at any time if you change your mind prior to returning the goods. You can do this in one of two ways, depending on whether you created an account or not.


If you didn't create a free account when you purchased your goods, you'll need to log in again on the guest RMA page here

Once logged in, select your order, and then click on the RMA number at the side of the returned item.




You will then have a choice of what to do next:


  1. You can send us a comment if you need to update us on any issues etc
  2. You can print out a label to include with your returned order
  3. You can cancel your return
  4. You can confirm you have completed all tasks and have returned the items to us


Once we receive your items, we will check them to make sure they are as required. We will then notify you of the replacement or refund.
